Save Money With Our Dorr Family Dentistry Savings Plan

We are proud to offer our Dorr Family Dentistry Savings Plan to patients without insurance. Our plan is an annual dental savings program for individuals and families to receive quality dental services at greatly reduced prices. Unlike conventional insurance plans, our plan has no deductibles, no yearly maximums, and no waiting periods to begin treatment. Plan benefits and savings begin immediately upon registration.

Our savings plan includes:

  • Complete annual dental exam
  • X-rays to complete exams (including full mouth, panoramic, and 3-D CBCT X-rays)
  • Professional dental cleanings (2 for adult and child plan, 3 for perio plan)
  • Emergency exam and X-rays (1 per year)
  • Oral cancer screening (every exam)
  • Fluoride (as recommended)
  • Desensitizing treatments (as needed)
  • Sealants (typically for children ages 6-12)
  • 10 percent savings on all general and major dental procedures
  • 10 percent savings on implants and implant restorations
  • 10 percent savings on all over-the-counter products, including bleaching
  • 10 percent savings on everything else offered in our office

Savings Plan Options

Adult Plan Save a minimum of $283 /yr!
  • Monthly: $32
  • Yearly: $369 (save 5%)
*Ages 14 and older
Perio Plan Save a minimum of $266 /yr!
  • Monthly: $53
  • Yearly: $603 (save 5%)
*Adults with active or history of periodontal disease
Child Plan Save a minimum of $253 /yr!
  • Monthly: $29
  • Yearly: $332 (save 5%)
*Ages 13 and younger
SAVINGS PLAN LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
  • Prescriptions to be filled at a pharmacy
  • Hospitalizations related to any procedures
  • Services unable to be completed due to the patient’s medical health
  • Conditions or services under Worker’s Compensations or Employer’s Liability Laws
  • Any services provided for free by a county, government, municipality, or other agency
  • Any treatment conducted by a referral made to another dentist or specialist outside of our office
  • Outside dental insurance benefits cannot be used in conjunction with our savings plan.
  • The fee paid for our savings plan covers services listed above, including a courtesy savings adjustment for payment, made in full, at the time of service.
  • Any patient using a financial payment plan (such as CareCredit) will have their savings percentage adjusted around the fee charged by the third party.
  • Fees for multi-appointment procedures, such as crowns, dentures, implants, or large restorative cases are due at the initiation of treatment to receive the full savings plan discount.
  • Any unused services within your savings plan are nontransferable to other patients regardless of the services and do not roll over from year to year.
