Jen has been in the dental field since 2000, and with DFD since 2002. Jen says she is privileged to serve alongside a caring and competent team, and to provide quality care and education to this beautiful community. She likes the way this community cares for their families and enjoys the opportunity to watch them grow while helping them achieve health. Jen is currently blessed with one granddaughter, Ellie who enjoys helping “Grannie” groom the poodles. Jen enjoys serving as a family in the Radiant Cafe Ministry, as well as advancing her education in the area of animals and children. Herhobbies include yoga, grooming her animals and the designing & remodeling older homes.
Jessie has been in the dental field since 2019 and joined the Dorr Family Dentistry team in 2021. She finds great joy in serving her hometown community of Dorr. Jessie is passionate about educating her patients on how to improve their oral health. When not at work Jessie loves to spend time with her friends and family. She also loves to attend concerts.
Wende has been in the dental field since 1990 and has been a dental hygienist at DFD since 1998. Wende enjoys working with the amazing team at DFD because we as a team truly have the patient’s best interest for their oral health as our number one priority. She feels blessed to have met so many great people and their families over so many years at DFD, and now she sees children of the patients who were children themselves when she started practicing. Wende and her husband, Leon, have 5 grown children, 6 grandchildren and 2 family dogs. They have too many spoiled animals to count. Her farm animals include horses, miniature mules, cows, goats, chickens and cats. Wende enjoys most anything outdoors. She loves working with the animals and horseback riding with her husband, working on projects around their farm, hunting, gardening, and most of all loving on her grandchildren.
Samantha started in the dental field in 2013 and has been with Dorr Family Dentistry since 2014. She enjoys helping others and learning new things with Dr. Dudzik. She says, ‘Expanding my knowledge in dentistry is one of the best things we have done as a team. However, surgery is my favorite!’ Samantha wants everyone to know that the team at DFD is incredible. She loves working side by side with some of the best in the field. The patients are a joy to work with, they are always kind and respectful, and they make even the busiest of days fun. Samantha has four children, Brady, Adisyn, Aurora and Autumn. She also has a cat named Charlie and a goldfish they call Big. As a family, they love jumping on the trampoline, bike rides, swimming at the beach, walks, and going to the park.
Tyler began his career in 2017 and joined our team in 2022. The best part of his job is helping patients restore their smiles. He and his wife Gina have a son named Eli and a daughter named Alison. In his spare time, he coaches his son’s and daughter’s basketball teams. They spend summers camping in northern Michigan. He has two dogs, Griffin and Sturgill, and a cat named Chickaletta.
Caitlin has worked for Dorr Family Dentistry since 2017. Caitlin has been in the medical billing industry since 2010. She has always loved the billing side of things and helping patients with their billing needs. Caitlin loves the small town feel Dorr Family Dentistry gives and loves that she gets to work in her hometown. Caitlin is married to Kyle and they have two sons, Liam and Kohen. They also have a dog named Taco. Caitlin enjoys golfing, date night with her husband and spending time with family and friends.
Julie has worked at the front desk for Dorr Family Dentistry since 2019. She loves the people most, both the team she works with and the patients. She enjoys the pace of this office, and also being able to use her organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills. Julie was born in Holland, but has lived in Dorr since she married her husband, Brian. They have five children and two grandchildren. Their family enjoys all sports, especially softball, baseball, soccer and volleyball. They love spending time together. Outside adventures are fun, but they also love game and movie nights at home.
My husband and I have been going to Dorr Family Dentistry for a few years. All the staff is always very respectful, kind, and on time. I have a very hard schedule to accommodate and they always work with me in figuring out how to get my teeth fixed and cleanings done. The office is always updating their equipment to the latest on the market which I personally appreciate. I have nothing but positive experiences with this office. We moved our family to Dorr family Dentistry a few years ago and have had great experiences. They are gentle with my children and patient with me who has some dental anxiety. They have been wonderful with working out treatment options and payment plans. We are very happy with the care we’ve been provided.
My experiences with this office go back a while. Both my children went to this office growing up. My daughter does still as an adult. I truly appreciate the professionalism and dedication the team as a whole brings to my visits. There is great communication about reminders for appointments and commitment in finding a time convenient for my working schedule. I appreciate the genuine smiles, care and feeling of belonging there. The staff have been diligent in getting claims paid by insurance. Much appreciated. Everyone at the office is always so helpful and friendly. I know I am always well taken care of but my kids are also. It has always been a positive experience.
I have always had the absolute best experience. All of the staff are friendly and kind. They truly care about me as a person, always asking about my family and how things are going in my life. Today my daughter who is 2.5 yrs old had such a wonderful time getting to see what the dentist is all about. Everyone was so kind to her and made her feel very comfortable. I would recommend anyone to come here for the absolute best care.

This office is amazing! My hygienist Jennifer, was great with me and very understanding about my anxiety about being there. She was helpful, friendly and explained things to me in a way no one ever has before. I was completely comfortable and would highly recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you have anxiety or haven’t been to the dentist in a while! The Doctor was great also, although my time with him was much shorter. He was knowledgeable and friendly.
Starting going to Dorr Family Dentistry in Dec. 2019 (sadly after years of not seeing a dentist). Not once did we feel looked down on for it being so long since seeing a dentist. They made both my husband and I feel very welcome and comfortable. They have worked with us to get our dental care back on track.. The office staff is always friendly and super helpful. And I LOVE my hygienist, she is absolutely wonderful!
First time going in there and the whole staff was so welcoming. My Mom is very afraid of the Dentist they made her feel safe. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional caring team.
